Facility Time Limit
Events held at the Indiana Roof Ballroom may be up to 6 hours, with the event ending at midnight (12:00AM).

Parking
We do not offer complimentary parking. The Embassy Suites/Court Street garage is attached to our building and there is an entrance directly into the Ballroom off of the 7th floor of the garage. A map of alternate parking facilities around downtown is available at www.indydt.com. Should you choose to offer complimentary parking to your guests, you may make arrangements with Denison parking (information available upon request) or valet parking with Elite Management at www.eliteparkingservices.com.

Policies & Procedures
A listing of Indiana Roof Ballroom policies and procedures will be sent with your event contact. Should you have any questions regarding this list, please feel free to discuss them with your Event Manager

Food & Beverage Services
Food and Beverage prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. We will strive to maintain price levels and allow comparable items to be substituted in cases where the price increase is beyond our control. For additional information, visit our wedding and event catering page.

Certificate of Insurance
You will be required to provide a certificate of insurance for a general liability policy of $1 million, naming the business entities operating at the Indiana Roof Ballroom as additionally insured. This is easily obtained through your business or homeowners insurance at little or no charge to you, and is due two months prior to your event. We accept insurance through Private Event Insurance (www.privateeventinsurance.com)

Specialty Equipment & Linens
We will provide tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware and china for your event. We offer the use of 5ft round tables, square tablecloths (85x85) available in black, white and ivory, and an assortment of colors of napkins. Should you choose to upgrade our standard offerings, you may do so at an additional cost by using A Classic Party Rental, our exclusive vendor. You are welcome to visit their showrooms to make your selections and place a tentative order, which we will confirm during the planning process. The Roof will manage your wedding and event rentals from the delivery to the return of the equipment and a prevailing service charge and tax will apply. Additional labor fees will apply for the application and removal of chair covers and ties.

Banquet Tables
We will provide up to 12 miscellaneous banquet tables with cloths. Should the number of tables that you need exceed the numbers of tables we provide, you will be required to rent all tables, so we do not mix the facility tables with the rental tables. We require you to use one of our exclusive vendors.

Special order products
Specialty products are purchased in predetermined amounts and will not be restocked. Specialty food and beverage items are available upon request.
